On Saturday 19th August the Sporting Bears where in London with 10 VIP families that are supported by various charities that The Bears raise money for throughout the year. The families were guests of the London Metropole Hilton and in the morning they were taken in 10 Rolls Royce cars provided by Rolls Royce Motors across London escorted by the SEG (Special Escort Group), a group of motorcycle riders that are usually escorting the Royal Family, Prime Minister or other Heads of State. They were driven in style to Westminster Abbey were they had lunch and a tour of the Abbey. Later they were driven back to the Hilton Hotel for a complimentary nights stay.
